Mt Difficulty Target Gully Riesling 2001
Our single vineyard wines are made in years that display outstanding vineyard characteristics. Citrus floral and lemon/lime characters shine through in the aroma of this Riesling. On the palate a delicate balance has been achieved between the residual sugar (25gL-1) and the high natural acidity, the residual sugar has also fleshed out the mid palate of the wine. This wine will richly reward those who can cellar it. The wine will suit most food types including Asian styles.
