Mt Difficulty Chardonnay 2003
This Chardonnay is all about complexity, with mealy, vanilla, citrus and tropical fruit components. The palate starts with ripe citrus / tropical fruit characters moving into a mid palate which displays an excellent creamy texture and weight from extended lees contact and barrel ageing. A good nutty finish complements the wine’s natural acidity.
