Target Gully Riesling 2009

Nose: Sweet citrus and rose petal floral notes show first – mandarin and sweet lime cordial, fruity and inviting.

Palate: With 9.5% alcohol and noticeable residual sugar this wine is for the sweeter palate, however there is considerable acidity too, which brings a wonderful balance and finesse – Apple tart flavours, moderate weight and juicy finish.

Food Match: Lasagne of grilled bell pepper with fresh mozzarella and eggplant alongside a fillet of honey-glazed John Dory.
